• Talent Development through online articles for hair, makeup, fashion, fitness, interviewing and job etiquette, photographer contacts and acting coach contacts to ensure continual talent development.  Fully Registered Talent receives guidance from Agents with regards to talent development.
• Website with current talent portfolios:  Talent may choose from three different options: 1- basic registration allows talent to be added to database, 2- basic registration with additional services allows upload of one approved photo, basic stats online, searchable to clients and access to casting calls, 3- full registration allows talent a lifetime full flash portfolio.  This includes 20 photos, audio files, video clips, resume, & printable compcard. Full registration gives you exposure to clients nationwide, the ability to manage your own portfolio, access to casting calls, agents to assist in managing your career, preferred photographers and notification of job opportunities in your area.
• Maintain all Talent paperwork and online portfolio information
• Agent based on their territory that is developing client relations to secure jobs for Talent
• Casting call (posted to website and Talent personally contacted.  Based on registration type.)
• Negotiate payment for talent prior to job booking
• Written job description (based on the client needs and talents agreement)
• Booking Agreements & Releases  
• Provide logistics support prior to and during all jobs booked through our agency
• Talent Satisfaction Survey upon completion of job
• Client billing and disbursement of all Talent payments for jobs completed
• Provide 1099's to Talent at year end
